Atreyu have announced a new album titled The End Is Not the End, due out April 24th. Ahead of its release, the band has shared the new single “All for You.”
Regarding “All for You,” the band stated, “It’s hard to give someone what they want or need when they don’t know what that thing is. It’s hard to love someone who doesn’t love themselves.”

“All for You” follows two previous singles, “Dead” and “Ego Death.” The new single showcases Atreyu’s melodic side, as frontman Brandon Saller combines clean singing with occasional powerful screams.

Regarding their recording session in Washington state, Saller said, “We didn’t leave the house for four days and wrote some of the heaviest songs on the record.”
The heaviness is hinted at further by the yet-to-be-released album track “Children of Light,” featuring thrash-metal legend Max Calavera (Soulfly, ex-Sepultura). “It’s the heaviest, most metal record we’ve made,” added Saller. “But it’s also our biggest musical journey we’ve made in years.”
The album, produced by Matt Pauling, was written in part on trips to Japan and Washington. The breadth of inspirational space is apparent over the record, which continues their fusion of disparate elements into a cohesive heavy music whole.
“We didn’t really make sense anywhere,” said Saller of their early years. “We weren’t an emo band, a metal band, a punk band — but somehow it all worked. We kind of just carved our own path.”
Atreyu will be supporting the album with a recently announced spring US tour in support of Sevendust. The tour starts on April 20th in Indianapolis, and goes until May 20th in Knoxville, Tennessee. Buy tickets here.
